Search for an app called “all apps” it looks like a folder with your apps in it, but it’s not. Delete that app and the lock screen will go away. This is an app that takes over your lock screen. It’s not a setting. It’s an overlay buried deep in your actual OS. Get it off your phone.

You can shut it off under the Wallpaper settings.
