Eventually you have to tell your son that this is not the longest ball game ever played or maybe even the best. It is fatally flawed in the ninth inning. However, it’s the only game we happen to have right now, and it fills the moment as full as a great game would, even sharing some of the same textures. If you don’t enjoy it, you wouldn’t enjoy a great game either, except for it’s damn greatness.
